Combining a brushless motor, 80 Nm of maximum torque, smart fastening modes and controlled pulse output, the DD70 helps reduce over-tightening, material damage and inconsistent results on the jobsite.
Smart Control for More Consistent Results
Depth Memory Auto-Stop
The DD70 remembers the first fastening depth and automatically stops when the same depth is reached again. This helps maintain consistent screw depth during repetitive installation work.
M+ Fine-Tune Pulse Mode
After the reference depth is captured, pulsed output allows the operator to make precise adjustments instead of stopping immediately. This provides greater control when the final fastening depth needs to be fine-tuned.
Self-Drilling Screw Auto-Stop
The DD70 remembers the peak current reached during fastening and automatically stops when the same load threshold is reached again. This helps achieve more consistent tightening when working with self-drilling screws.
Controlled Pulse Drive
Pulsed forward output helps manage reaction torque and reduce the risk of damaging panels and work surfaces.
In reverse, the DD70 provides high-speed fastener removal and automatically slows down after the fastener is released for improved control.
