Description
Repeatable fastening with intelligent memory control. The DRAKO V20-ID300 Brushless Impact Driver combines high-torque performance with speed memory and depth-memory self-stop control. It is designed to help operators repeat fastening results with greater consistency across assembly, maintenance, sheet-metal, and mechanical installation work.
Memory Modes for Consistent Results
- S Speed Memory Mode: Hold the speed control button for two seconds to save the current operating speed. The tool can then repeat that preferred speed for repetitive fastening work.
- M Depth-Memory Self-Stop Mode: The first fastener establishes the reference depth. On subsequent fasteners, the driver automatically stops when the same depth is reached, helping keep screw seating consistent without relying only on trigger feel.
- Thin-Metal Mode: Uses a controlled fastening profile for thin sheet metal, helping reduce deformation, over-driving, and inconsistent seating.
- Thick-Metal Mode: Provides a stronger, faster fastening profile for thicker steel, pipes, and angle iron applications. The tool slows and stops after the fastener reaches the intended locked condition.
- Forward and Reverse Self-Stop Mode: Supports controlled self-stop operation in both directions. In reverse, the driver automatically reduces speed after the fastener is released for improved control.
Controlled Power for Professional Applications
Four selectable speed and impact levels allow the operator to match output to the material and fastener. The brushless motor delivers up to 300 Nm of selectable forward torque, while the impact mechanism supports demanding fastening and removal work. The 1/4 in hex output is suited to common impact-rated bits and accessories.
Typical Applications
- Sheet-metal and HVAC installation
- Electrical and mechanical assembly
- Steel, pipe, and angle-iron fastening
- Automotive and equipment maintenance
- Repetitive installation and repair work
Operating note: Select the intelligent mode according to the material, fastener, and working condition. If the application behaves abnormally, return to the normal mode and reassess the fastening setup.
